However I felt compelled to express my disappointment in a film I had been so excited about.
What were they thinking. br> I appreciate looking back, both excellent adventure and bogus journey wouldn't exactly be classed as top quality serious film making. But they both worked and are in their own way classics, with some brilliant performances from well cast actors.
Fast forward 29 years and Alex Winter slips back into character very well however Keanu Reeves really struggles to deliver and comes across awkward and wooden.
Going down the road of their daughters being essentially the main stars was a mistake. I have read other reviews about how good they both were but let's be honest they were garbage and annoying.
Some nice throw backs and nods to old but in my opinion they missed an opportunity to make the film we all wanted.
Death, an absolute star in Bogus Journey was really under utilised here which was a shame.
I really tried to enjoy this film for what is was but all it gave me was deep disappointment.
Somethings truly are best left alone.
Be Excellent To Each Other. And, leave this franchise alone.
